Stride reads your step count, active energy, exercise minutes, and stand hours from Apple Health. This data never leaves your device and is never sold or shared. You can grant or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Stride.

No. Stride works great on iPhone alone. An Apple Watch adds a companion app and complications so your pet is always visible on your wrist, but it's completely optional.

AI Pet Studio lets you design a custom pet using AI. Choose a species, pick a theme (Astronaut, Pirate, Wizard, etc.), and optionally add a description. The AI generates a unique character just for you. This feature uses Creation Packs (in-app purchase).

AI Companion Chat (coming soon) lets you have conversations with your pet. Your pet has a unique personality and remembers things you share. It's powered by AI — not a real person. Users must be 16+ to use this feature.
